Coding (Task 139): Civil-liberties and gay-rights policy items use pro-rights y=1. homosex keeps restrictive valence (wrongness) for the 2020 reversal narrative. Thermometer VCF0232 is neutral+warm (50–97). Omitted from digest: marriage wording morgue (marsame1, marsamey); strength splits (VCF0876a, VCF0877a); identity/contact (sexornt, VCF9279, VCF9280); ballot variant homosex1 (no SELECTED_VALUES yet); ANES Panel trans battery (Task 99, not CDF).
