Quizzes for Instructors#
If you are teaching with this book, you can import its quizzes into your learning management system: a formative quiz for each of Chapters 1 to 18, and a summative quiz for the whole book. Every question is multiple choice, and every answer comes with feedback that explains why it is right or wrong.
The files are in the quizzes folder
of the book’s repository, which also has instructions for importing them.
Canvas: QTI 1.2 zips, one per quiz.
Moodle: Moodle XML, one per quiz or all in one file.
Brightspace (D2L): a Question Library CSV, or the Canvas QTI zips.
The Canvas files have been tested. The Moodle and Brightspace files follow those systems’ documented formats but have not yet been tried on a real installation; if you use them, please let me know how it goes.
The quizzes are licensed, like the book, under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.
